We typically conduct our competency and recertification assessments on Mondays and Fridays. We understand these days might not work for everyone, so we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule if at all possible. Please take a moment to answer the question below regarding your availability.

For identity verification purposes, please upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID. This helps us ensure the integrity of the competency assessment process and maintain accurate records. Accepted forms of ID include a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card. Rest assured that your personal information is handled securely and confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is only used for verification and potential audit purposes.

In addition to your ID, we also require a profile picture. This profile picture is important for your file and may be requested during audits by the BACB. It helps us maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring a smooth assessment experience. A simple, professional headshot is recommended.

File Format and Size Requirements:

 • Both your ID and profile picture should be in jpg, jpeg, or png format (PDF acceptable for IDs).

 • Each file must be under 10 MB in size.

If your files exceed this size limit, you can use the following tools to compress them before uploading:
