If you manage your own CDC+ Purchasing Plan, you get to choose who works with your child. Here’s what I offer and how to bring me on board.
What CDC+ Means Here
Consumer-Directed Care Plus (CDC+) puts you in charge of your child’s Purchasing Plan. That means you choose your providers instead of waiting on an assignment. I’m an approved CDC+ vendor for ABA services, and I work closely with Ivette Duboy-Gonzalez, OT, for families who need occupational therapy support too. If you already know CDC+, you know the drill. If you’re new to it, all you need to know is: you pick me, we get to work.

For families who need both, I work closely with Ivette Duboy-Gonzalez, a trusted occupational therapist, so ABA and OT support are coordinated, not separate.
What Services Look Like
ABA sessions are built around your child’s goals, whether that’s communication, daily living skills, or reducing behaviors that get in the way of your family’s day. I deliver ABA in-home or at school, depending on what works for you. OT support follows the same model with Ivette, coordinated so you’re not managing two separate providers on your own.
How It Works
- Fill out the form below. Tell me a bit about your child and what you’re looking for.
- I review and follow up. I look at your request and reach out, usually within 24-48 hours.
- I bring in the right person. For ABA, that’s me. For OT, that’s Ivette, I’ll confirm feasibility with her first. Either way, I confirm we’re ready to take your case before you talk to anyone.
- Meet-and-greet call. You’ll talk directly with me (or Ivette, if OT is involved) about your child’s needs and next steps. No pressure, just a chance to ask questions.
- Getting started. Once you’re ready, I’ll help you add me to your Purchasing Plan and schedule your first session.
