Is Our Supervision Right for You?

If you’re a BCBA or BCaBA candidate committed to investing in your professional growth and meet these criteria, our program is tailored for you:
  • Eligibility for supervision according to BACB Experience Standards (including enrollment in an approved ABA Masters or certification program).
  • Employment or placement in an ABA setting or access to a client who could benefit from ABA services (with necessary consents):
  • Consent from your employer or on-site supervisor.
  • Consent from your client for remote recording and observation by us.
  • Willingness to complete 20-130 experience hours per month.
  • Access to essential technology: a computer with internet access, webcam, microphone, and a video recording device.

Our Proven Supervision Process

Step 1

Enrollment & Pre-Work:

We begin with an initial meeting to outline MD Analytics’ supervision program, curriculum, and customize your experience. You’ll review and sign the required supervision contract, and we’ll schedule your initial supervision meetings.
Step 2

Supervision Meetings:

Online, we’ll meet weekly at a designated time. Our meetings encompass terminology review, ABA history, and core concepts based on the BACB Task List. Engage in discussions and thorough analysis of research articles. Receive valuable feedback on assignments and video-recorded sessions.
Step 3

Video Reviews:

To meet BACB requirements, provide video samples of your work implementation. Expect at least two reviews per month to ensure your progress aligns with your goals.

Affordable and Transparent Pricing

We believe in straightforward pricing. Our hourly rate for supervision is $80 per hour. For example, if you complete 20 hours of fieldwork per week, you’ll need one hour of supervision per week. That’s just $80 per week, in line with BACB’s requirement of at least 5% supervision of your monthly fieldwork hours.
