About me
Our Founder and CEO
Marion M. Duboy, our founder and Chief Executive Officer, has over 20 years of experience working with children and families.
She has traveled extensively throughout North and South America, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean, where she gained valuable insight into different cultures and local community programs. Marion is a dedicated advocate for providing children with the best possible care and resources to meet their needs.
Marion holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, as well as two Master’s degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership, with emphases on Special Education and Reading Programs, respectively, from Northern Arizona University. She has also completed a post-graduate certification from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With over 18 years of experience working with children and adults with varying special needs, Marion is a seasoned expert in the field.
In 2015, Marion founded IME now MD Analytics Inc, to provide the Miami community with the benefit of her expertise. Her consulting business has grown to become a trusted resource for families seeking top-quality behavior analytic services. Marion is passionate about empowering families and individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
