2. No Refunds for Services Rendered:
Please note that our services primarily involve the delivery of online content and virtual interaction. Due to the nature of these services, we generally do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you have:
- Accessed or downloaded any portion of a digital product.
- Started an online course or participated in a webinar.
- Received supervision sessions.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions:
- General Policy: You may cancel your subscription to any of our Services at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Separate Agreements: Please note that certain services, such as Supervision and Competency Assessments, may require you to enter into a separate agreement with MD Analytics. 4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following limited circumstances:
