5. Counter-Notifications

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content that you submitted to the Website, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

6. Repeat Infringers

MD Analytics will terminate the access privileges of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

7. Changes to This Copyright Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Copyright Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified policy on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
